Welcome to this charming Hickory Hill retreat! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home accommodates up to 12 guests. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 features two bunk beds, and Bedroom 3 offers two double beds, with additional sleeping space on the living room sofa bed. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and relax in the spacious backyard or on the porch. Conveniently located near supermarkets and shopping, this cozy getaway is perfect for your stay.

Guests enter the house through a digital keypad. A beautiful front porch welcomes you. Once you step inside, you will see a spacious living room with a decorative fireplace. Off the living room is a dining room adjacent to the kitchen. There is a nearby door that leads outside. All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the right side of the main entrance. A BBQ grill, table, and chairs are available outside for your use. Note that the yard is not fully fenced.

We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.

The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay! A signed rental agreement is required and guests must be 21 years of age to book.
