Add-ons

If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $50 per night fee. Family-friendly amenities such as a Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee.

Home office set-up

Includes high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair. A laptop computer is not included.

Keep in mind

Landscaping, pool company, and pest control maintain a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. Dogs younger than 1 year are allowed with expressed and written consent. Cats are not permitted. If an unauthorized pet is on the property, the occupant is in breach of their rental agreement. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be charged to the occupant as an additional charge, together with a one-time $75 charge per stay for reservations less than 14 nights and $150 for reservations of 14 nights or longer. All pets and animals must be fully vaccinated, non-aggressive, free of fleas and ticks, and fully house trained.

About the neighborhood

The Southend, lovingly nicknamed "SoSo" (South of Southern) West Palm Beach, is the "new" hot neighborhood along West Palm Beach's waterfront. The area, mainly built in the 40's and 50's, features a mix of "ranch" style concrete block homes, mid-century modern, and diverse architecture. The neighborhood has become very popular with many homes being renovated as great restaurants and shops open along the Dixie corridor. Just a short walk to the Intracoastal is a highlight, as many residents walk and bike along Flagler Drive.
