The private bedroom includes a deluxe king-size bed, over-sized windows with ocean views, custom linens, a fluffy duvet, plush pillows, two night tables with lamps, a clock radio with MP3 player dock, a flat panel TV, a dresser, and two closets. The living room includes a sofa with a pullout bed, a club chair, an entertainment center with a 40-inch flat panel LED TV with cable channels, a DVD/VCR player, a CD stereo system, a dining area with seating for four, and your choice of wired or wireless Internet access. The gourmet kitchen features contemporary cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, and is equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, and pots and pans. Full-size stainless steel appliances include a four-burner stove, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher. An electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, coffee, tea, and sweeteners are provided. An in-unit washer and dryer are nearby. The beach may be closed starting May 2022 due to the City Sand Replenishing project. All guests are required to wear a mask in all non-private areas at all times. The wellbeing of guests is a top priority, and the apartment follows CDC guidelines to ensure safety. All apartments are thoroughly cleaned after each resident checks out and before another guest checks in. All linens are changed and surfaces are sanitized. Common areas such as business centers and recreation rooms are fully sanitized for guests’ safety.
