This apartment highlights the perfect blend of 1950's Art Deco charm and modern comfort. Just steps from the beach, it's ideal for sun-soaked days. Essentials include Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, an ironing set, laundry facilities, and a portable crib. Toiletries, linens, and towels are provided, excluding washcloths and kitchen towels.

Add-ons

Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Rare beachside parking for compact cars is available in a secure garage. Concierge services for boat rentals, chef engagements, massages, and more are offered as optional add-ons through third-party services. Housekeeping can be arranged during your stay at your cost. Fines may be assessed for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

Keep in mind

Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. There is a no-smoking policy and quiet hours begin at 10 PM. No parties or large gatherings are allowed as per local community rules. Surveillance cameras are installed for exterior safety. Visiting hours are from 8 AM to 11 PM. For overnight guests, please inform us for registration. Check-in instructions are provided on the arrival day and check-out instructions 24 hours before departure. Expect tropical conditions and occasional encounters with local wildlife, despite regular pest control. Advance reservations are recommended for popular spots.
