The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and the fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary needs, complete with a coffee machine and essential cooking tools. Luxe amenities include a heated pool with cabanas, a gym, a BBQ area, and a putting green. Pool towels, a beach umbrella, and chairs are provided for your enjoyment.

Add-ons

This pet-friendly property welcomes pets with a fee of $150 per pet, regardless of breed or size. A maximum of two domesticated pets with a combined weight of 120 pounds is allowed. Pets must be registered with the condominium association management office and are only permitted in common areas for ingress and egress. Additional services such as boat rentals, chef services, and massages can be arranged through our concierge at your cost. Housekeeping is available upon request, and fines may be assessed for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

Home office set-up

Includes Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, an ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. A workstation is available in the bedroom for your convenience.

Keep in mind

Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is before 11 AM, with early or late options available upon inquiry. A strict no-smoking policy is enforced, and low noise levels are expected post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. A guest screening procedure is in place for security and fraud prevention. Adherence to CDC cleaning standards and property surveillance ensures your peace of mind. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, and subletting is not permitted. Book for the exact number of guests, as no additional guests are allowed without approval.
