The spacious living and dining area features comfortable seating, a smart TV, and an open layout connected to the dining space. The primary bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, while the second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a Smart TV, a desk, and ample storage space. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Add-ons

The townhome comes with two assigned parking spaces. Our concierge services can arrange boat rentals, chefs, massages, and more upon request, at an additional cost. Housekeeping services are also available upon request. Please note that any third-party services are independent of the property owner, and booking these optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these activities. Fines may be assessed for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

Home office set-up

Includes a desk in the second bedroom, complimentary Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs for a remote work-friendly environment. A laptop computer is not included.

Keep in mind

Check-in is after 4 PM and checkout is before 11 AM. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon inquiry. Packages may be delivered to the door, but guests are responsible for their retrieval and any lost packages. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Book for the exact number of guests; no additional guests are allowed without host approval. Subletting is not permitted. Surveillance cameras monitor the property's exterior for added security. We adhere to CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols, ensuring thorough disinfection. Regular inspections and pest control are conducted, though native wildlife may occasionally be spotted.
