With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this luxurious escape comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, offering the ideal mix of relaxation and adventure. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances, a large refrigerator, and ample cabinetry and cooking space, including a Keurig coffee maker. The living room features a 75" smart TV, large leather sofa, and direct outdoor access, all within an open floor concept directing to the kitchen and dining area.

The heated private pool is available for $100 per night and can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature. Please note that the pool may not be as warm during cooler weather. We recommend heating the pool between October and May. Parking is available in the driveway for up to 5 cars.

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No pets are allowed and no parties are permitted, with violations potentially resulting in immediate termination of the stay. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, and a rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. A non-refundable $50 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay, provided it is reported prior to check-out.
