Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests, parties, or events will result in fines and eviction. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and noise levels should be kept under 50 dBA at all times to avoid fines and possible eviction. This is a smoke-free property, and smoking or bringing firearms will incur fines and legal action. Guests are responsible for any property damages and unreturned items.
