This first-floor apartment in Hoyo 19 features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a living room with a relaxing and dining area. The complex offers lagoon-style swimming pools open from May 15 to October 15, a children's playground, paddle tennis courts, and three restaurants. Additional amenities include 24-hour security, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, and a heating system.

Guests have access to all pools, the children's playground, paddle tennis courts, restaurants, putting green, and free parking in the garage. Extra towels or cleaning services can be arranged during your stay.

Check-in starts at 17:00 and ends at 20:00. Late check-in is available upon request for an additional fee of €25. Check-out times must be adhered to, and late check-out may result in a penalty. A guest application will be provided with all necessary information. The pool is open from May 15 to October 15. Due to water shortages in Andalucia, it is not allowed to refill swimming pools, which may result in pool closures. A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is implemented across the western Costa del Sol from midnight until 6 am, except on Saturdays. Community areas are maintained by gardeners and maintenance personnel who may access the garden, parking, pathways, and pool area at any time. A laptop computer is not included.
