It also boasts a large terrace with spectacular views over the swimming pool, mountains, golf course, and the sea. The accommodation is equipped with a new AC/Heating system as of March 2023. There is free street parking available.

The penthouse is surrounded by several golf courses, perfect for year-round holidays within a friendly family-oriented atmosphere. It includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, and hot/cold air conditioning.

Extra towels or a cleaning service can be arranged during your stay.

When booking, you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times. The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, a late personal check-in is available for an additional fee of €25. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when leaving the accommodation, as it will not be possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith will be your responsibility. Due to water shortages in Andalucia, it is not allowed to refill swimming pools, and they might be forced to close. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel, and workers who can visit the community areas at all times. They do not have access to the accommodation but can enter the garden, parking, pathways, and pool area as these are part of the community.
