Check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. Late personal check-in is available for an additional fee of €25. Noise levels are monitored according to the noise regulations in the municipality of Marbella, and all guests must be silent between 22:00H and 09:00H. A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is implemented across the western Costa del Sol from midnight until 6am, except on Saturdays, due to regional drought regulations. Community gardeners, maintenance personnel, and workers may visit the community areas at all times, including the garden, parking, pathways, and pool area, but do not have access to the accommodation.
