The apartment is wheelchair accessible.

Add-ons

This apartment allows a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined. Guests have access to the entire apartment and all building amenities.

Home office set-up

A remote work-friendly environment is provided, though a laptop computer is not included.

Keep in mind

This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays over 30 days are subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance enforced by police intervention. A rental usage agreement must be signed, and a $200 security hold on a credit card is required, released 3-5 days post check-out, or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver may be chosen.
