This apartment allows a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined. Guests have access to the entire apartment and all building amenities.

A remote work-friendly environment is provided, though a laptop computer is not included.

This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Long-term stays over 30 days are subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance enforced by police intervention. A rental usage agreement must be signed, and a $200 security hold on a credit card is required, released 3-5 days post check-out, or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver may be chosen.
