The bedroom is configured with a queen bed, and the living area includes a sofa. The unit is ADA/handicap accessible.

Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets allowed, with a combined weight of 40lbs. Certain breeds such as Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs are not permitted. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. One towel is provided per guest per stay.

A laptop computer is not included.

The apartment is a smoke-free environment, and smoking is not permitted within or outside the suites, including balconies, patios, or common areas. Any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
