This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers, featuring all the necessary amenities for an enjoyable stay. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV with streaming apps, complimentary coffee, and access to building amenities such as a bowling alley, golf simulator, fitness center with sauna, lobby lounge library, rooftop pool, and sky jacuzzi. Outdoor amenities like grills, firepits, and spa are seasonal, available from May through October, depending on the weather. The bedroom configuration includes one queen bed and one sofa bed, and the apartment is wheelchair accessible.
Guests have access to the entire apartment and all building amenities. The property allows a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays or experiences.

All properties are smoke-free environments, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No smoking or parties are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance, meaning police will be called for violations. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
