This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers, featuring all the necessary amenities to enjoy your stay. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV with streaming apps, complimentary coffee, and access to building amenities like a bowling alley, golf simulator, fitness center with sauna, lobby lounge library, rooftop pool, and sky jacuzzi. Outdoor amenities such as grills, firepits, and spa are seasonal, available from May through October, depending on the weather. The apartment is wheelchair accessible.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and all of the building amenities. The apartment allows a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.

All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance, meaning police will be called for violations.
