This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It includes all the necessary amenities to enjoy your stay, such as a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV with streaming apps, complimentary coffee, and building common area Wi-Fi for co-working. The rooftop pool and sky jacuzzi are open from May to early October, subject to weather.

The apartment is wheelchair accessible. Please note that all outdoor amenities such as grills, firepits, and spa are seasonal and available from May through October, depending on the weather.

Building common area Wi-Fi is available for co-working, providing a convenient remote work-friendly environment.

All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs is allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
