The building offers great amenities such as a bowling alley, golf simulator, fitness center with sauna, a lobby lounge library, rooftop pool access, and a sky jacuzzi, which are typically open from May to early October, subject to weather. Building common area Wi-Fi is available for co-working.

Add-ons

Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets allowed, weighing up to 40 lbs combined. There is an additional pet fee based on the length of stay, collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. The outdoor amenities, including grills, firepits, and spa, are seasonal and available from May through October, depending on the weather.

Building common area Wi-Fi is available for co-working, providing a convenient space for remote work.

Keep in mind

All properties are smoke-free environments. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests are required to provide a valid photo ID to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets is allowed, with no Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check.

With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. The location is also very walkable, with Uber and Lyft readily available.
