Stay overnight is for the person who booked only and no unauthorized guests can stay overnight. The price is per person. You must wash your dishes and kitchen appliances every time after using them with food or drinks and you must clean the sink of any food that remains every time after use. You must properly place waste products in the proper bins, there are three separate containers for recycling plastic, metal, and glass, paper products, and all other trash. Turn off lights and electronics in the main areas when not in use. Check and turn off the oven and gas when not in use. Fridge and food shelves are divided between guests, please use your designated area, otherwise, if you leave the food outside your area, it can be removed during cleaning. Being a health-oriented home, minimizing alcohol consumption is recommended. Don’t leave your personal items in the common areas. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am with no loud music, talks, or TV. Smoking cigarettes, weed, or other substances are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property. You must clean the bathroom and toilet after each use and remove any dirt or hair. Night check-in after 9 pm may be organized for an extra fee of $40 USD. Check-in between 12:00 am and 9 am is not guaranteed, however, if possible, there will be a $70 late check-in fee. Due to the fact that only long-term stays are allowed, a background check is required for all tenants by the landlord. Refusal to do so will mean forfeiting your reservation. Depending on your credit score or background check, the booking or inquiry may be declined. All photos in the listing are an example of the unit you will be staying in as there are many units in the location with very similar rooms. The unit booked may vary slightly in furniture and look, but any room placed in is of similar size and shape. A picture of your ID will be taken upon arrival to confirm you are the person who made the booking. This allows the listing team to confirm with the on-site person that everything is correct.
