Keep in mind

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home, or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000, as well as possible removal from the property. The property requires a rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival. For stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by the housekeeping team is required every 30 days, with the fee invoiced prior to the service. Upon arrival, you will either be personally greeted or provided with self check-in instructions, and the concierge team is available to assist with additional cleanings, maintenance, or local recommendations.
