This home features a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom on the upper level, along with two additional luxuriously appointed bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two double-sized beds. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee maker, and the living area is perfect for relaxation with luxury linens, premium Malin & Goetz bath products, and a smart TV with Roku.

Add-ons

Guests can enjoy the garage for 2 cars with a Tesla/EV charger. Pets are allowed for an additional $150 fee, and if you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75 per night fee. Family-friendly amenities such as a Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee.

Home office set-up

High-speed Wi-Fi and multiple workstations throughout the home, including external monitors, a wireless mouse, and one keyboard, are available for your use. A laptop computer is not included.

Keep in mind

This property has a strict zero-tolerance excessive noise policy, and violations will result in immediate removal from the home. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, and violations will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000, as well as possible removal from the property. The pool and hot tub are currently closed and will be guest-ready starting on specific dates during the summer season of 2025. The pool will open on May 12th, while the hot tub will be available earlier, opening on April 25th. Landscaping, pool company, and pest control maintain a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule. The wine fridge in the photos does not work and is inoperable. Do not use the wood-burning fireplaces within the home.
