The guest will have access to the whole home except for a few areas. The garage and workshop will be locked so guests do not have permission to access. The 3 closets downstairs will also be locked.

Keep in mind

Please note that there are stairs in this 2-level home. You'll walk down a few steps to the front door and there is a staircase to get to the lower level and back yard. The partner requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive check-in info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign. It can all be done online.
