This property is located on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs. The home is surrounded by restaurants and is situated in a busy area with strong nightlife activity. Shipping or deliveries of parcels to the property are not allowed since there is no access to mailboxes and delivery, receipt, or protection of items cannot be guaranteed. The home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and is only suitable for quieter groups. Violations may result in fines up to $10,000. There is no parking available on site. Street parking is limited and garage parking is available at a cost. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided. Violation of noise ordinances will be subject to fines up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the price of the reservation, covering accidental damage or loss up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful and wanton conduct, or damages caused by pets. The plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer. Third-party vendors maintain the property and adhere to strict CDC guidelines. Guests are advised to deny access if vendors fail to meet these standards. Credit card fraud is reported and prosecuted.
