Designed with you in mind, this apartment features a bright, beachy, modern decor that encapsulates the laid-back Southern California lifestyle. The living room offers a plush sofa perfect for movie nights, and the fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, and additional sleeping arrangements include a sleeper sofa and two twin-size tri-fold sleeping mats.

Add-ons

This home comes with a pack 'n play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24 hours' advanced notice. Street parking is limited and garage parking is available at a cost. We highly encourage using Uber or Lyft.

Keep in mind

This home does not have AC. Service animals are allowed, but undisclosed pets will incur a fine of $500 per pet. The home is surrounded by restaurants and is situated in a busy area with strong nightlife activity. The neighborhood has a strict noise ordinance policy and is only suitable for quieter groups. Violations may result in fines up to $10,000. No shipping or deliveries of parcels are allowed to the property. This is a smoke-free property, and violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and incur fines. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. We report and prosecute all credit card fraud.
