This home offers access to a 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities. The room configuration includes a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite, a second bedroom with a king-size bed, a third bedroom with a queen-size bed, and two twin-size tri-fold sleeping mats. A pack n' play travel crib is available, and a high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24 hours' notice.

This home is located on a bustling street, so guests may occasionally hear traffic noise. Landscaping is performed on Tuesdays between 9am and 1pm. The neighborhood has a strict noise ordinance policy, making it suitable for quieter groups. Violations of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000. This is a smoke-free property, and violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use in the property. A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the reservation price, covering accidental damage up to $2000, but not intentional acts or damages caused by pets. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
