The unit is located in a lively area and some bars may be open until 2:00 AM, and noise levels can be high during peak hours. This home is for adults only and no children are allowed. The studio is only for 1 guest. The wall heater is currently unavailable for guest use, but space heaters are provided for your convenience. Street parking only. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
