The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze during your stay. The bedroom is a restful haven, boasting a king bed, TV, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom. For additional sleeping space, the second living area with a desk features a queen sleeper sofa.

A pack n' play travel crib and high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice.

Pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, there is a fine of $500 per pet. The rooftop patio is shared with the other unit in this home. This unit is located on the 3rd floor and is accessed by stairs. One car can be parked in the garage, but low-profile vehicles may not be able to park due to the driveway slope. The garage is shared, and guests of this unit are only allowed to park on the left side. Street parking is allowed but has limited availability. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided. Violation of noise ordinances will be subject to fines up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
