Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, this home features three bedrooms, each with a new comfortable full bed and ample closet space. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, tea kettle, and Keurig coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods, sugar, and creamer. The spacious open floor plan living and dining area is perfect for relaxing and socializing, with plenty of natural light streaming in.

Add-ons

Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay. An additional cleaning fee of $35 to $50 will be charged if any waste beyond hair is found. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home. A Pack 'n Play with crib sheets is provided for families traveling with young children. While there is plenty of street parking available, the lower unit has access to park in the driveway.

Home office set-up

A digital house manual filled with useful information about the property and local recommendations is provided to make your stay as seamless as possible. The property offers contactless, 24/7 check-in, allowing you to access the property at your leisure, day or night.

Keep in mind

Guests will have full access to the upper unit, including private access to all three bedrooms and the bathroom. You may see other guests in the driveway or backyard of the bottom unit. If traveling with extra guests or need the extra space, the bottom unit can be rented separately. The property is managed by a trusted partner, available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any requests or questions. For any urgent issues after hours, a 24-hour emergency line is available. While there is no AC, the ocean breeze provides a cool wind during the hot summer months. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience, shared with the back unit.
