Keep in mind

There is no air conditioning, but fans will be provided. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability and cleaning schedule, with a $25 per hour fee. Trash and recycling collection takes place every other Tuesday, and a missed pickup incurs a $50 fee for extra collection. Lost key fobs, parking remotes, or mail keys will be charged at $100 each. Remote check-in is available for a seamless arrival experience, with instructions provided prior to your stay. Electronic check-in form and rental agreement must be completed prior to receipt of automated check-in instructions.
