When it’s time to rest, Hansel offers a variety of sleeping arrangements to suit every guest. The primary bedroom is a cozy haven with a king bed and private en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each feature a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 3's en-suite is also accessible by the hallway. The fourth bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed and two additional twin beds, ensuring plenty of space for everyone.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and high chair available. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team and a tech-enabled concierge to book services such as fridge stocking, mid-stay cleanings, and private chefs.
Pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, there is a fine of $500 per pet. There is no A/C, and during the winter months, all outdoor furniture, including the grills, will be unavailable. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Enhanced cleaning and sanitation protocols are in place, with extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. Guests are advised to deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
