Guests must be 18 or over to check in. Pets are allowed in the apartment with a fee of $10 per night per pet, but please confirm prior to booking. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given are not allowed into the building and refunds will not be provided. Guests are responsible for removing all their garbage from the premises upon check-out and disposing of it at an appropriate waste facility. Any garbage left on the property will result in a $15 CAD charge per bag.
