Located on the 2nd floor, it features four spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, making it ideal for bringing the whole family.

The apartment offers a large living area that can accommodate the entire family, with a breakfast nook in the kitchen and a dining area for shared meals. Off the living room is a small patio with outdoor seating for two. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to make simple meals. Enjoy community amenities like a pool, gym, clubhouse, lounge, fitness center, basketball court, walking and biking trail, and grill.

You will have three parking spots available, not assigned, on a first-come, first-served basis. Spots are labeled 'Visitor'.

The apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not included. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking.
