The open living room, inspired by Tulum decor, and the open concept dining area provide ample space for relaxation. The large, fully fenced backyard includes a fire pit and plenty of lounge seating, while outdoor seating and dining options come with a flat-screen smart TV. High-speed free Wi-Fi and four smart TVs are available for your entertainment.

Pool heating is available for an additional $35 per day, with at least a week's notice required for arrangement. Free parking is available for up to three vehicles.

Self check-in and check-out are available for your convenience. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The pool is serviced weekly, and during inclement weather, pool use is not advised. After rain, debris may cause slight discoloration in the pool water.
