The pool can be heated for $100 per night. Parking is available for a maximum of 4 cars, with 2 in the driveway and 2 on the street. Dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, up to 2 dogs included, and must be crate trained.

Guests must be over 21 years old to book this property. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am to respect the residential neighborhood. Guest access is via keypad entry, excluding the locked owner’s closet. A rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in, and a non-refundable $50 damage waiver is required. Any damage must be reported during your stay to ensure coverage by the waiver.
