This spacious beach house can accommodate up to 10 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings or group vacations. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cooking space, an island with seating, and a dining table for eight. Relax in the living room on the huge, plush sectional sofa while watching your favorite shows on the smart TV. The resort-style backyard offers outdoor bowling, a putting green, connect 4, loungers, umbrellas, and a fire pit for ultimate relaxation. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.

This dog-friendly property allows up to two dogs for a fee of $125 per stay, but no cats are permitted. Beach essentials such as chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon are included. For special occasions, our trusted partner can enhance your stay with services like fridge stocking, decorating, or setting up a mimosa bar. Additional fees apply for pool heating, which must be requested prior to booking.

Guests must be over 21 years old to book this property. The pool can be heated for an extra fee, but its temperature depends on the ambient outside temperatures, with a maximum set to 85 degrees. Respect the community's quiet hours from 10pm to 7am as this is a residential neighborhood. No parties are allowed, and smoking is prohibited on the property. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests at any time. A non-refundable $50 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay. Any damage must be reported to ensure coverage. A rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in, and a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card are required.
