This apartment features 5 spacious bedrooms with fun and unique designs and 3 modern bathrooms. Enjoy the billiard lounge and sun-room, a private saltwater pool with an option to add heat, and a beautiful chef's kitchen with modern appliances and design. The indoor and outdoor dining areas, huge backyard game paradise with bowling and a fire pit, outdoor pool loungers and games, a putting green, and a private multi-sports court offer endless entertainment. The Fun Room includes arcades, a Foosball table, and bunk beds with a slide for kids' enjoyment.

Parking can accommodate up to 4 vehicles in the driveway parked side by side. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, the cost is $50 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and all of its amenities, either inside the home itself or in the private, fully fenced backyard. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness.

Self check-in and check-out are available. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, but coffee is not included. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. A ring camera is located by the front door for safety and privacy.
