The open-concept layout is inviting and homely, with a fully renovated kitchen equipped with all the modern appliances you could need. Enjoy meals in the designated dining room, where memories are sure to be made. Step outside to the fully fenced backyard, a sanctuary of tranquility and charm, offering an original bocce ball court for some old-world fun. The property also comes with a garage that houses a washer and dryer for guests' use, though it is not intended for vehicle parking. Parking is available in the front of the home for two vehicles and extra parking in front of the garage.

Add-ons

A fee of $100 per pet, per stay applies for reservations up to 28 days. For reservations longer than 28 days, a fee of $100 per pet, per month applies.

Keep in mind

Guests have 24-hour access with no restrictions or curfews, receiving a personalized PIN code for door access, valid from arrival through departure dates and times. Check your app messages or personal email for detailed info and instructions from the host. Laundry is located on the exterior of the home in the garage, which is not intended for vehicle parking. A starter set of consumables, including soaps and linens, is provided.
