The fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill make mealtime a breeze, while the private saltwater pool provides a refreshing spot to relax. After a fun-filled day, gather in the game room for some friendly competition with foosball or board games.

Pets are welcomed with an additional fee and pool heating is an optional but recommended amenity during cooler months for $15/day with a 3-night minimum. The fee applies to every night of the reservation if requested and full payment is required prior to activation. Pool heating fees are non-refundable once activated.

The entire space, including house, lanai and pool, and backyard is set up for guest use. There is no garage access, and one Owner/Housekeeping Closet in Bedroom 2 will remain locked. The pool is inside a locked lanai with a key available for guest use. Pool towels are available in the basket near the door to the pool. For safety, the pool door 'chimes' and is locked with a key located on a hook in the tall cabinet in the kitchen. Pool is cleaned professionally every Thursday morning. Pool light is on switch located on post by pool under covered area. String lights can be plugged when guest would like to use them. See the Pool Rules in House Rules section. A digital guidebook is provided for all guests with helpful information about the place and the surrounding area. An access link will be provided after booking. The fireplace chimney is capped and cannot be used.
