About the neighborhood
This apartment is located in Downtown St Petersburg, nestled between the core Central District and the neighborhoods of Historic Uptown and Old Northeast. Just 5 blocks to the south is the main Downtown section of the city, home to nightlife, arts, eats, and great murals. The Dali Museum, the Museum of Fine Arts, and the Mahaffey Theater for concerts and dance are all less than a 10-minute walk away. Jannus Live, The Floridian, and Vinoy Park often have great live music and are within walking distance too. Also within a short walk are green spaces lining the waterfront, amazing skyline views from the Pier, Historic Round Lake Park, Al Lang Stadium, Tropicana Stadium, and Flora Wylie Park.
