The condo also provides two complimentary parking spots per reservation and has a washer and dryer on each floor, payable by app at $2 per load.

Guests can enjoy bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk. The condo allows a maximum of two dogs (40lbs combined) with an additional pet fee based on the length of stay, collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays.

Smoking is not permitted within or outside the condo, including balconies and common areas. Violations may result in immediate termination and a $500 fine. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Long-term stays over 30 days are subject to a background search and credit check.
