All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property.

The property is smoke-free, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is a noise policy in place, with quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, monitored by decibel sensors. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
