Add-ons

Guests have access to the entire apartment and all building amenities. Pets are allowed with a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays or experiences.

Keep in mind

This property is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suite, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days or more) require a background search and credit check.
