Add-ons

Guests have access to the entire complex and all amenities. The property allows a maximum of 2 pets with a combined weight of 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays or experiences.

Keep in mind

This property is a smoke-free environment. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance, meaning police will be called for violations. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
