The property is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The property is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
