This spacious one-bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. While designs are based on representative photos, each unit boasts individualized elements of design and custom decorative features.

Keep in mind

This property is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs is allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Guests must provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID and pass through a verification portal. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement. The primary person booking must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Long-term stays over 30 days require a background search and credit check.
