Ample paid street parking is available, and paid garage parking is offered for stays longer than 7 days. There is an additional pet fee based on the length of stay, collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property.

Keep in mind

This property is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs is allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee, and their presence can be declined. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. Guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation, you agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions and may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations.
