This spacious 1-bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (temporarily unavailable), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. Enjoy in-unit laundry, a smart TV with streaming apps, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee.

Add-ons

Pets are welcome with a fee based on stay length. A maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs is allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays.

Keep in mind

This property is a smoke-free environment. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement and may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors or losing key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days or more) are subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance enforced by police intervention if violated.
