This spacious two-bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and bathrooms complete with toiletries. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. Each unit boasts unique design elements and custom decorative features.

Pets are welcome with a fee based on the length of stay, collected separately. A maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40lbs is allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays.

A remote work-friendly environment is provided with Wi-Fi and a comfortable living area, although a laptop computer is not included.

This property is a smoke-free environment. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors or losing key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for noise compliance. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
