Guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay. Please note that amenities are available at the property's discretion and refunds cannot be processed if an amenity is closed during your stay.

This property is a smoke-free environment. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs is allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined. Guests must provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, and pass through a verification portal. A rental usage agreement must be signed, and guests must agree to rental terms and conditions. The primary person booking must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations. Guests must not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for noise compliance. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. A laptop computer is not included.
