There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
