This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No parties or events are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Maximum of 2 pets allowed with a combined weight of 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Long-term stays (30 days+) are subject to a background search and credit check.
